Hummeltal windmills

About This Route

A perfect hike to bike to on a sunny day. From Bayreuth it's a 10-12 km bike ride to the startpoint of this hike starting in Hummeltal. On the way we pass many windmills that have be placed in the area for power generation. But this doesn't mean there is no beautiful nature around. There is enough forest with a few nice viewpoints along the way.
