There will be no events the whole month of June because we are exploring Iceland.
The club is taking June off. We're packing up the van and pointing it north, all the way to Iceland.
The plan (loosely): chase waterfalls, soak in hot springs until our fingers prune, and hike across those otherworldly, wind-scoured landscapes that look like someone forgot to finish painting the planet. Black sand, green moss, steam rising out of the ground, the usual Icelandic nonsense.
No events on the calendar for June. Regular programming resumes in July, hopefully with a camera roll full of puffins and at least one story about the van almost blowing off a cliff.
