Wrap Up
13 motivated hikers started Sunday morning at ZOH in Bayreuth. Armed with water, food and positive energy did we start the walk. The sky was blue and the sun accompanied us the whole trip. With a few breaks in between did we master the 18,4km from Bayreuth to Trebgast. Our energy seemed to dwindle during the last few km. But since a cold beer was waiting for us at the finish line we managed to find the energy to arrive at the lake after 4 hours and 44m of hiking.
Thanks to everyone for the very enjoyable hike. I personally ended up with a sun burned neck, so it's official, winter is over and the time for sunscreen has come again. Below are the photos of the hike. Until the next event!
