Wrap Up
The route to Eckersdorf's Castle of Fantasies has been unlocked! This time we met a new member. Welcome to the club, @Eliska! Hope to see u again on other events!
Although the trail expected to be 15k it turned into the 20k due to incorrect GPS live-tracking estimations, oops.. BUT! We've enjoyed it so much! For example, we have spontaneously trespassed and explored an active sand mine area :o
We cached the view on the martial artificial mountains out of clay or sand:
It detoured us a bit and we had to cut the way to the castle by walking through and having a lunch at the Buchstein, the iconic outdoor location of Bayreuth.
Afterwards, we cached the beautiful stones bridge and the closed watching tower along the princess' Frederike route:
At the Eckersdorf we enjoyed an afterlucnh with the cakes and just had fun while eating apples from the Fantasy garden on the way back to Bayreuth:
I think, during the event we formed a new cult, you'll figure out what do I mean at the next events :D
